Cannot express how excited we are for our new roof! Georgia Roof Advisors were absolutely amazing. Great communication throughout the entire process (especially Joshua!) including being the liaison with insurance company and so patient and helpful. The best part was automated updates so we could see the entire process happen live. So cool! Highly recommend! We would give 10 stars if that was an option.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Communication with this company is unbelievably reliable. After an insane estimate from another company, Chase Crespo came out to give us an estimate. He thoroughly looked through our attic and up on the roof, took pictures, and showed us everything. His explanation of the job, process, materials, and warranties was very detailed and answered all our questions. Their price was very fair for a great product. I first heard about Georgia Roof Advisors through the East Cobb community groups and from neighbors who had used them on their homes. Every comment I came across said the same thing. They show up, they communicate well, and the work actually lasts. That alone says a lot in an industry where you hear mixed stories every day. I had a very good experience with Georgia Roof Advisors. They provided a straightforward assessment of necessary repairs of a few small leaks without immediately pressuring me into full roof replacement or additional work. I will definitely call them again next time I need any roofing work done.
