Cannot express how excited we are for our new roof! Georgia Roof Advisors were absolutely amazing. Great communication throughout the entire process (especially Joshua!) including being the liaison with insurance company and so patient and helpful. The best part was automated updates so we could see the entire process happen live. So cool! Highly recommend! We would give 10 stars if that was an option.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Communication with this company is unbelievably reliable. After an insane estimate from another company, Chase Crespo came out to give us an estimate. He thoroughly looked through our attic and up on the roof, took pictures, and showed us everything. His explanation of the job, process, materials, and warranties was very detailed and answered all our questions. Their price was very fair for a great product. GA Roof Advisors gets an A+ from me on communication, customer service and professionalism. They completed an inspection on my roof - from inside the attic and from on top of the roof - and gave me a thorough explanation of their findings. They also provided me with dozens of photos so I could see everything myself. I'm fortunate I don't need a new roof now, but when I do, I will definitely be calling GA Roof Advisors again.

Thanks for providing us with a thorough and honest inspection and estimate. Chase was awesome as was your internal customer service Team. Great customer experience all around! Since there were no immediate issues identified other than our roof being older, we're going to wait a while longer before replacing. We will definitely use GA Roof Advisors when the time comes.
