Thankyou! This place amazing. I took my uncle to see dr Wiswhol yesterday. My uncle talked about one nurse all the way. Her name is tara. He went to ER for an issue and ended up with a catheter , it became very clogged. We had never been to the office before but we called and was told to come in. At first when I started seeing Dr. Desai he was great. Well I went into surgery to have kidney stones removed. I ended up with acute pyelonephritis and allergic reaction to tape that they used on the string from the stent. It is in my chart and told many of times that I couldnt have tape at all. I knew it was a possibility for a kidney infection. The problem was I had to reach out to my Primary doctor to help because I reached out to Dr. Desai and his staff on multiple occasions they never responded to me at all until over a... read more

Saw Evan in Dec. Now we have $150 bill which makes the whole experience more of a slap in the face. Initial $350 appt just to be told we don't handle that situation, it's rare. Well then don't put embolization on your site then. He refused to do more testing to diagnose the pelvic congestion syndrome and just gave pills to a 60 yr old man that basically has no one to have sex with. Dr. Desai has treated me better than any Urologist I have ever visited. He is so mindful of patient preference and prioritizes safety. I recently had my second kidney stone removal with him and after expressing concerns with the stent pain I experienced, he used a different type of stent and I am amazed I feel it very minimally. I can’t express how much I appreciate his expertise and kindness.

I appreciated the Dr and nurses, but the staff are the worst. If you try to call you are automatically put on hold and then after about 30 minutes they hang up. I tried to call for directions, no answer...on hold then hung up. When I finally found the office I was actually spoken about between to staff members right in front of me at the desk instead of speaking to me. They are very busy and do not seem to think patients are people. After my appt I had a question...on hold then hung up.
