I hate writing reviews when it has to do with 1 employee. Dr. Proctor and Dr. Knight are both amazing. Dr. Proctor is more straight forward and straight to the point and Dr. Knight is more personable. Both are great in their own ways. The front receptionists are all great and are very understanding and communicative. They always work with you if you need to make a change in your schedule or running a little behind. Today, I had an appointment at 2:20; which i arrived at 1:25 because I live 2 hours away and I never know hat... read more

It was a video call with Dr Desai. I had a lot of questions about my upcoming surgery. As usual he was through in his answers and was not hurried. As long as I asked he patiently answered. Thank you sir. I am 83 years old and doctors who are willing to answer all questions are few and far between. I have a good team and we are going to whip this cancer.

Brandi made me feel comfortable and that my situation was her main concern. She listened to my concerns and we discussed options and the steps I should take in deciding how to proceed. The receptionist at the front desk was helpful. Nurses were friendly and made you feel at ease. I highly recommended Brandi and her crew.

This office had me fill out a form with the name "Elmiron" on top the moment I walked in every visit. It didn't explain what that was or why. Just asked me to rate my pain, which was obviously high. They ran a test in which they put a solution into my bladder by catheter that was severely painful. they drained it, and then injected "recovery" which didn... read more

1st Visit; all of the staff were very friendly and professional. The Med Asst was especially good with my intake session and getting all my preliminary stuff done. APRN Brandi Knight was nothing short of superb! I had a medical problem and both her and the Med Asst treated me with total respect and I felt I was in the best of care. Next visit in another month will be with Dr. Jeff Proctor and I'll see where I go from there. Great practice for sure! Thx!
