I appreciated the Dr and nurses, but the staff are the worst. If you try to call you are automatically put on hold and then after about 30 minutes they hang up. I tried to call for directions, no answer...on hold then hung up. When I finally found the office I was actually spoken about between to staff members right in front of me at the desk instead of speaking to me. They are very busy and do not seem to think patients are people. After my appt I had a question...on hold then hung up.
Dr. Desai has treated me better than any Urologist I have ever visited. He is so mindful of patient preference and prioritizes safety. I recently had my second kidney stone removal with him and after expressing concerns with the stent pain I experienced, he used a different type of stent and I am amazed I feel it very minimally. I can’t express how much I appreciate his expertise and kindness.
NO TIMR MANAGEMENT!!!!! The appointment was 0940 and we are still sitting here an hour later. Im very displeased with this. Please fix this. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a negative review. No time management. You wait months to get on schedule with this group then once you’re in office you are essentially there till you are seen if you are willing to wait 2 hours past your appointment. Today, I only gave them 40 minutes of my time and gave up the wait.
I hate writing reviews when it has to do with 1 employee. Dr. Proctor and Dr. Knight are both amazing. Dr. Proctor is more straight forward and straight to the point and Dr. Knight is more personable. Both are great in their own ways. The front receptionists are all great and are very understanding and communicative. They always work with you if you need to make a change in your schedule or running a little behind.
