I really like Georgia Urology. The staff are excellent in customer service! Vickie Clark was the person that did my procedure very professionally. She did an exceptional great job in making me very comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. She explained the procedure very well and clear ! Please let her know I appreciate her so much!
Excellent, Extraordinarily Fantastic visit from front desk to visit with the PA. Nurse Stephanie, was kind, caring and very professional. She made me feel right at home. Dr. Ballew’s PA was very detail-reviewed my recent visits and answered all my questions. She took the time to order my medication and made sure my rectal exam and future visits were scheduled. Nicest staff ever. Dont mind answering same questions every time i go; answering same question the guy in the booth next to me just asked two minutes ago; even laugh at my silly jokes (nervousness.) Dr Wyatt gets the job done professionally and kindly. No problem with asking questions to him either. A whole group of really nice people and i sure am happy with the results of my procedure. Oh yes!
Dr. Rutland did a great job! He focused his attention on me and listened intently vs. doctors that spend most of their time entering data in a laptop. Only my first visit but I highly recommend.
Extremely unprofessional from the doctor to the front desk staff which is the last thing you need when your dealing with urinary issues. They lost my urine sample and never followed up with me about it. Whenever I called about it told me they'd get back to me and never do. This is questionable legally since they are in violation of their expected standard of care.
