I was very impressed with Georgia Urology. I am a former physician practice management executive and know what a well-run practice looks like and how it can impact patients positively or negatively. I read the reviews last night before my four year old sons new patient appointment, I was nervous. My experience, however was really great! The girls in the office were very nice, they use tablets so I didn't have to fill out tons of paperwork and I didn't have to wait forever. We saw Dr smith. He was very thorough, explained everything and went ahead and completed a procedure on my son the same day. Most often anywhere I go there is a consultation and then I have to come back. I found Georgia Urology during the course of my treatment from consultation, hospitalization and post surgery visits very courteous. In particular, I found Dr. Warren Oberle very professional, caring and down to earth. From all indications, my surgical procedure was handled with the utmost care. I have no hesitation in recommending him to other patients in need.
I am not one to give negative reviews but as I’m driving home I’m just upset with myself for not saying anything at the office about said situation. The office staff is great along with my sons Doctors nurse. But the Doctor, his bedside manner was not there whatsoever. There were a few times were we were cut off during conversations and made to look as if what we had to say didn’t matter. GA Urology and all the professionals in the practice I dealt with were wonderful! From the receptionist to the PA, I was treated with kindness, respect and with the utmost professionalism. I’ve used GA Urology in Jasper as well when I lived in north GA. I’ll always choose GA Urology anytime I have a need because they are the best for me! They took time to discuss my situation, the problem, the solution, and the outcome. They took time to listen to me also. I’m very happy with my Dr.!
