Dr. Elmore was great. The office staff, well they could have been nicer. They weren’t exactly friendly and welcoming. Update: I lowered my rating because I am trying to get in for a follow up visit. Have called multiple times as having issues with insurance and trying to sort it out so we can make an appointment. I keep being told someone from the office will return my call and no one has. This has been since October.
Great office and great staff! Dr. Elmore was very professional and great with my daughter. He made sure to get to the bottom of her kidney issues and helped ease her mind when she was nervous!
Excellent. video appt. started on time and went without issue.
