Dr. Michael Garcia-Roig is very professional with great bedside manners and a skilled surgeon. Had a great experience here in part to him and Alex. She played phone tag with me (my fault) but remained courteous, friendly and so upbeat. She is absolutely an asset. No parent wants to see their child go through issues but if you have to go to a urologist, this is a wonderful practice!
The providers are excellent and the office is great. The only problem is wait time. For A 10 AM appointment. We waited over an hour and a half to get seen. I would understand if it was late in the afternoon and they were running late all day but not so early in the morning.. This isn’t the first time we waited this long.
They took good care of my daughter. She is not a fan of doctors but the one she saw has great bedside manner and put her at ease!
Waited an hour- once we were in the exam room, Jaleesa, NP came into the room. I’m not even sure that she made eye contact with my daughter, the patient. Jaleesa asked a few questions, didn’t mention repeating ultrasound as she had said she would do following initial visit. Jaleesa said everything appeared to be resolved and we wouldn’t need to come back. Trust me I wasn’t planning on coming back after that visit. Very disappointed
Awesome practice with doctors who actually care. Your little one will be well taken care of!!
