I attended the Beyoncé concert on Monday. Beyoncé was AMAZING. But the GA Dome was TERRIBLE! A lot of ppl didn't know about the clear bag policy and had to walk all the way back to their cars or throw their bags away. They should put the policy on the ticket if it's enforced that strongly. Also, the Ga Dome was having issues with scanning tickets. They told hundreds of ppl that their tickets had been refunded to them, and then resold to someone else, and this wasn't true. I was just there for the first time to see Beyoncé perform for the second time (first time was at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh where I live) and it was a great and unforgettable experience! However, we sat on the floor and I think the seats should have been number, it was very confusing and staff didn't really help. Also the staff inside was not really clear on directions....each staff member gave us different directions as to how we should get our bands and get to the floor. Attended the Beyonce Concert 9/26/16- The construction area wasn't fun (but when is construction areas ever). But the venue was great (sat in the Verizon box-Totally would attend another event with this seating)! The volunteers/workers were nice & helpful; will definitely attend an event at the Georgia Dome in the future! �

Went to the Beyonce concert Monday night. You all need better signage And workers that are willing to assist when you can't locate your seat. We were sent back and forth, given incorrect info and finally went back to the1st worker who then offered to walk us to our seats. Come on now, watching the show isn't what they pay you for or maybe I need to apply. Outside the venue, leaving was a disaster- do better#

We drove from Birmingham to bring my six year old granddaughter who loves Beyonce'. The concert was AWESOME. My problem is the no bringing in small purses. This is something that should be on the ticketmaster website. I am a pretty fit 63 year old, but to have walked 2 or 3 miles ( it seemed) was ridiculous. There was not sibgle person that could give you good direction as to what to do. After the concert I was directed to gates A, Ab, C and A to get to my ourse and it was all wrong information. I attended The Formation World Tour, which was amazing. The only issue that I have ever had with The Georgia Dome is the cell phone service. The service in the dome is horrible and using the wifi is no better.
