Event staff were rude and you couldn't understand what half of them said due to their mumbling.
Really hoping the new stadium isn't using the same event staff. They were extremely rude, not one new anything. it was pure caous just trying to figure out where you could and couldn't go as far as pits for monster jam. My children and I we walking and I was rudely yeld at by a short middle aged woman, not to go in that direction * because it was so clearly marked where to go (not)!!!!!. Your concessions stands are the WORST I have ever seen!! How do you run out of food during the first quarter?? And then you hold up every line while you wait on more food to be prepared. A simple solution?? Have people step aside and help people that want other items!!! Instead, someone has to wait 45 minutes to get a simple refill!!!!!!! If this is typical for your stadium, then I would rather drive further away to attend an event than to come back here again!!!
Visited the Dome for the Peach Bowl. Although our team FSU didn't win :( I will say that the Event Staff at the Georgia Dome were top notch! They were all friendly and it made the game experience even better. Way to go Event Staff! Keep up the great work. Happy New Year and may you all be blessed!
Just had the worst experience in poor sportsman ship. I (a Falcons fan) and my best friend (a panthers fan) are enjoying the game. My friend wanted to buy a beer and one of the concession guys would not sell him one because he is wearing a panthers jersey.
