So sick, feverish and coughing for 2 days. My doctor couldn't see me suggest Ascension Express Care. Waiting room was packed. Wait was 2 hrs. Was seen rather quickly after being brought back to exam room. Nurse was very kind and the doctor had such excellent bedside manner. I felt heard and felt the concern from him. Got tested and antibiotics called in to my pharmacy. All in all it was quite an experience that I hope never to have to go thru again.
Very detailed. Very informative and was quick. My only issue was my daughter was diagnosed with pneumonia in office, the office gave her a shot during visit and said we would go home with antibiotics but I dont show any were ever called in. She is currently admitted for her pneumonia now.
The team here has been wonderful and supported. Only complaint is the dr for Saturday night would not give me my reg sleep aid even though I had it the night bf in ER. I was awakened when I was moved to ICU and never slept until Sun nite when I got back on my reg med. I didn’t really sleep for around 30-36 hours! It was the nite hospitalist for Sat night 3/30/24 that wouldn’t give me the meds my body was used to. Today I’m better and going home this afternoon!!
Dr Marroquin examined me thoroughly and determined I must be seen by an eye doctor. He assisted in making the appointment. The optometrist determined that I had a foreign object in my eyeball. His ongoing treatment is working. Thank you Dr Marroquin.
Dr. Marroquin was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and informative. I felt very comfortable with his care. I will definitely refer my friends to him!
