Excellent service from GA & E on my 2011 Mercedes Sprinter. On a road trip from Los Angeles to my home in northern Colorado, the Sprinter unexpectedly went into “limp” mode. The Mercedes dealer in St George read the diagnostic codes indicating “low boost”, but they were unable to work me into their service schedule. They’re dad that also owns the business taught his his sons great. They’re family is the nicest people I ever met that works on cars. I had and experience where someone put my battery in incorrectly and messed up my car . They Took their time to find the issue I went to Three different mechanic places in one day some of them tried to charge me $1400 the other one didn’t care on trying to figure it out. I have been taking my X-5 to Bavarian for a while, always nice people, but never felt like family……. I am sooooooooooo thankful that I found out about German Auto from a close friend that demands absolute perfection for his high end vehicles….. Lithe first time I met Gino and his family, I was soooo impressed with the amount of new equipment and 30+ years of experience, and to take time to walk me through every detail was amazing to say the least!!!!!!
