It's great to have a professional shop that can work on my 1973 Porsche Targa. Since I bought it brand new, I have always tried to provide it with the best care possible. Gino and crew are great to work with and I will certainly be returning for the next service requirement.
Excellent service from GA & E on my 2011 Mercedes Sprinter. On a road trip from Los Angeles to my home in northern Colorado, the Sprinter unexpectedly went into “limp” mode. The Mercedes dealer in St George read the diagnostic codes indicating “low boost”, but they were unable to work me into their service schedule. Fortunately, I was referred to GA & E but unfortunately Mercedes had “cleared the codes”, and I was unable to replicate the limp mode, so there wasn’t much to go on. All I’ve got to say is I had hands-down the best experience working with this auto shop. I have a 2013 Audi A7 Couple weeks ago I was coming back from a trip from Vegas and my car started to overheat. I took my vehicle to another shop in hurricane and they told me it was going to be my thermostat and my water pump wanting to charge me over $2000 to do the job. Sam and Christian helped me out immensely today. I had an unexpected engine problem on my drive from SLC to St. George on Friday in intense heat, high winds and wildfires. Turned out to be oil related. Didn't know if that was the solve or if it was a bigger engine issue also with real safety concerns. Got safely to St. George but needed my Jetta Fahrenheit Series carefully checked out before my partner and I and her kids headed back north today. Passing through on a long road trip and had my Audi start shuddering on the highway, towed it to German Auto on a Friday afternoon and they were SO helpful and accommodating, making a terrible situation (engine ended up being toast) as comfortable as it could be. Fair, honest, and fantastic customer service. I would not hesitate to trust them with my car again and was super impressed overall. 10/10
