Extremely disappointed in their professionalism. Untrained leadership. They did not uphold their end of the contract. "Lost our contract," and failed to deliver when promised. Very little in problem solving from the regional manager on the subject. Over all disappointing. I will definitely spend more money elsewhere, just to not deal with this company.

Worst customer service. You call to discuss your bill, they delete your notes every couple of weeks. You call for help and they're not helpful. Was called 17 times within 10 min by a store manager because she didn't like what I said. Paying off my account and never using them again.

I dont like the rocking chair I want to lock in place when I sit in it. And its unsafe. Pick up or I'll sell it. Will be reporting you to better business bureau. I'll go to slumberland. Where i can see the product and test and try out before I want to by it. I will be selling this brand new rocking chair and going to a business i can trust.

I will never purchase from here again. If I'm even one day late they are blowing up my phone 3-4 times a day. My information was entered incorrectly for my paydays and let's just say, nope, never again. Sorry to the employees, I know they're just doing their jobs but the calls are annoying

Very poor customer service. Salesperson was condescending and rude. Caught her mocking me in the showroom. If this is the best you have to offer then my money is better spent elsewhere.
