These people will harass you constantly and the references you put down! I mean call you every single day even if you’re a day late or communicate with them when you can make your payment! even threatened to come get the furniture which I told them to “DO IT”. Argued on the phone with the general manager for 5 minutes just for her to hang up in my face. and upon checking other reviews people say that they have bed bugs. I would not recommend you shopping from this company.

I bought my furniture from get it now on East Capitol on February 11, the total bill was $1,400. Now they are calling me and harassing me, telling me I owe them $1,800. I have made every payment on time untill July. The reason I stop making payments, is because they called me and told me they were going to pick up my furniture.I was only 2 weeks late. I haven't even gotten my furniture yet and I was turned off by how they do their application process. All my references called me and said they made them feel uncomfortable with the questions they was asking about me. Leading them to feel as if they wanted a negative response. Asking my landlord if I pay rent on time? How do I keep my apartment 🤔 Down to my sister also begging me to resend my application and documents to not do business with them. Very unprofessional. I went to get it now to build up my credit history. I will never do business again with this place. I was scheduled for a delivery, took off work and nothing or no one ever showed up. The next day I called they couldn’t find out what the problem was. Then the manager finally call me back and stated that my file had been lost. That’s right my file with all my personal information in it.
