I started going here to the location on mill rd years ago my experience over the years had been ok in the beginning back when they did have management that actually cared about the customers and the quality of the services. Tells you that appointment times does not matter had a 10am-12pm delivery, staff tells me that I have to just wait , reassures me that it will be delivered and To just clear my schedule for the day and wait for the delivery. I seen that it was getting closer to close time, so I call again. they tell me that they are on the way! just for them not to show up and stop answering the phone smh pissed this is ridiculous no excuse for bad communication it’s sad

They gave me a.time of between 1 and 3 for delivery. I called the day before to confirm the time.because of work. I.get.home at 1230 and waited until.almost 3 before i called. They decided to.try and drop off the firniture at 10am, 3 hours before the scheduled time while i.was at work... then the manager is.going to tell me oh well they was.there at 10.. what was.the point of scheduling a time if they will not.abide by it and the manager arguing with me about what time it was.scheduled.
