Never bought anything from these clowns but my brother had bought a 4k fridge from them n they delivered it ditching n morning about they had to deliver it cause there delivery people quit!.. they scratched the front n when I said something they said we donr care ,we will just take it back n u wont have a fridge lol....these people suck do not buy there junk at a ridiculous marked up fee.
The manager, Deb, is rude. Washer from there broke down and they quoted a week to get one of there technicians to come out to confirm that it was broken before they would send a Whirlpool technician or replace. She said they wouldn't give us a credit or replace before they came out to confirm. She said, "It sucks but we have to deal with it and do what we gotta do or void the warranty and get no help."
I have nothing positive to say about this place! Wanted a black fridge, gave the sales person the exact stock number, told them no one would be home AFTER 3:30PM,and to deliver after 3:30. they delivered before 3 pm and delivered a white fridge. Not the one I wanted. So i had to wait another day for them to deliver the correct color and fridge. No one has a brain that works here. Debbie is rude! They say it's off income, but they hit your credit, they call your landlord, your employer and tell them your business. Then when I said no I'm not okay with that they tried to keep the paper with my sensitive information on it and tried to guit me for saying no. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
