Randy and his team are amazing. As a long-time customer, each member that I've encountered has provided fantastic service. I purchased a sofa bed and the payment plan was budget friendly. My sofa bed needed repairs and because I was within my warranty, Randy ordered me a replacement sofa bed. The delivery crew was efficient and very professional. They removed the old sofa and brought in the new one!
I've been a customer of get it now for many years. The oak Creek location has the best customer service that I've experienced. Jerry and his staff always go that extra step to make sure your taken care of. I always feel like I matter. You have a great team and this location.
I’ve been a customer for quite some time now. The staff has always been very courteous and efficient, as well as understanding. They really helped me out with choosing the right products, and they were very knowledgeable when answering any questions I had. They really make you feel like family. I highly recommend them!
