My husband and I were going to purchase a washer and drier set for my family of 7. The salesman I was working with was gems! I will assume the manager, was rude to him when he went to write out our contract. They were right where we could hear the whole thing. I hope he finds a more considerate boss or she learns to be respectful and conscience to the people making her money and customers around.
Love the environment here, the workers are amazing always a good vibe also they make sure your truly getting what you want and they take the extra step to make sure it's the right fit for your area your wanting it. And truly understand everything as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this store and it's staff in manitowoc. I was very ill and struggling financially and they were so understanding and helped me to make a payment plan that worked for me and allowed me to keep my furniture. It was such a blessing during a time I was struggling. 10/10 reccomend.
