I have worked with them in the past (about 5 years ago) got a tv and PlayStation. Service has always been great and helped my credit a TON. I went yesterday and got a new washer and dryer. I worked with Becky Jo :) who was AMAZING and honestly had a wonderful time with great conversation. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I wanted as well as made sure it got delivered SAME DAY. Me and my family been making purchases with this company for years; and the only reason I come back is because of the respectable relationships I've built with the staff. They show support, trust, honesty, empathy and compassion. Shout out to Megan and Mike for saving this company in Madison Wisconsin. They are truly phenomenal and deserves a franchise opportunity through this company!
I was able to get what I wanted, changed my mind at the last minute and they still accommodated me and delivered everything on time. Everybody was nice and helpful. Nallely, one of the young ladies that works there, is very knowledgeable she is extremely polite and has top notch customer service performance. I recommend the west side location of Get it Now to anyone who is looking for good quality merchandise, fair pricing and excellent customer satisfaction and support. Way to go you guys. This place has awesome sauce people. They really do care for your needs. I been a,customer since July 2018 and I been good on flexible payments. Deffly will come again after I'm done my current.
SERVICE IS GREAT PEOPLE ARE NICE HOW EVER DO NOT ORDER THE PROTECTION PLAN THEY OFFER ON COUCHES. THEY FORGET TO MENTION IT DOESN'T COVER LEATHER DAMAGE AND ONCE YOU PLACE A CLAIM ON A PIECE OF YOUR COUCH LIKE THE COUCH CUSHION COVER ITS NO LONGER COVERED UNDER THE PROTECTION PLAN SO ITS GOOD FOR ONLY ONE REPLACEMENT AND IT TAKES 5 MONTHS TO GET THE REPLACEMENT! NOT WORTH IT A WASTE OF $200 ON A $2000 COUCH
