I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with GHR. The physicians and PA’s as well as therapists and other staff are genuinely there to help addicts get clean and stay clean without a stigma. They genuinely care. If you have a bad week or do something that would be of harm to you the patient. They explain why it would be a problem and then help the patient take appropriate action that’s in their best interest. Accommodating appts, friendly & supportive therapist & drs. Only issue I have is when medical records, etc are requested I don’t think it should take multiple req & still take a month or longer for person/ persons requesting to receive. Also front desk employees could be a little bit more friendly & understanding 😝😆 Love Ghr😍
They've been extremely helpful and always professional and polite. I have zero complaints! They've provided me with all the help I need for my addiction as well as mental health issues. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to any and everyone
Dr. Germano and his staff at GHR play a huge role for my recovery today. I don't see myself doing it without them. Karens my counselor but cant help but feel like shes my best friend who never gave up on me. Dr.Micheal is always on top of my medications and has the best bedside manner I've ever witnessed. Even though all staff that work here are great, I gotta give an extra shout out to SUNNY!
