Have lived in Gibbs farm for a while now and have been through a couple of property management companies now, but I can say that the current company has by far been the best. Quite the opposite from the previous company. Dalton and Joey have been excellent with communication, as well as very responsive with messages and phone calls. They are quick to solve maintenance issues and if they don’t have an answer for something, they find one and communicate back quickly. It's now been about 5 months since AFI has taken over as management company for Gibbs Farm, and the difference between now and the past is literally like night and day. Dalton, the new manager, and his crew, are absolutely "hands-on" regarding every aspect of property management, ensuring that every concern by tenants is addressed immediately, without delay. As original tenants, we have seen our fair share of management here at Gibbs. I can, without a doubt, say that AFI, Dalton, and the whole team is the best we have had! From the time they took over, every concern, phone call, maintenance request, etc. has been answered, and within the quickest time frame we have ever received.
