It's now been about 5 months since AFI has taken over as management company for Gibbs Farm, and the difference between now and the past is literally like night and day. Dalton, the new manager, and his crew, are absolutely "hands-on" regarding every aspect of property management, ensuring that every concern by tenants is addressed immediately, without delay.
