I can't say enough good things about Gibson Roofing. I had 3 estimates from 3 different roofing companies. What set Gibson Roofing apart started with their estimator, ****. I told him what I wanted and my budget and he worked with me until we were both happy. The crew was amazing, they worked fast and efficiently all while ensuring my native ***************** was undamaged. They were super respectful, very skilled and made sure to communicate all the updates and any issues. I can't recommend these guys enough. 5 stars!
I can think of no other construction firm that Ive had a better experience with than Gibson Roofing. And Ive seen a LOT. From the first minute talking with ***** there was an air of calm professionalism and knowledge that I came to rely on. Left gates open dog got injured, major vet bills and month long rehab on pets. Response was its impossible to know why people have gates. If you open it , it you should close thats what all other contractors will tell you. Then to find out they roofed over rotted plywood and facia boards, damage gutters with ladders and did not clean up properly afterwards amongst other things. We had Gibson Re-roof our home. We also had leaks during past rains in March (2023). They sent a guy out who said he noticed issues and said he would report back to see what they can do. The roof was 11 years old. They scheduled a repair within a couple of days and then when the morning came for the work, the guy did not show up. I called and was told the crew was sick and they would reschedule.
