We have used Gideon for the past ***************************************** **** & replaced our outdated system in 2021. We have always had our system on a maintenance plan and extended warranty to cover out of pocket expenses. Their technician **** completed our most recent maintenance inspection. He took the time to answer questions and made the customer experience delightful. We highly recommend Gideon and have told our neighbors and friends about the quality of service/installation that Gideon provides.

We had used Gideon for 5 years and paid for an annual maintenance contract on both of our ************* Unfortunately, their service has steadily declined.Knowing our downstairs unit is aging, we requested an estimate for replacement at FOUR separate maintenance visits and never received a call. Very disappointed with the recommendations and pricing we received from Gideon Air.We were quoted over $4,000 in repairs, along with a recommendation to replace our entire HVAC system at a cost of approximately $11,500. Given the significant cost involved, we decided to get a second opinion before moving forward.The second **** company confirmed that while our unit is older and will eventually need to be replaced, the existing system was currently operating as it should. I just had an experience with Gideon. I currently have a house less than two years old with two Trane units. I have had an issue with one of the units for a while now. One where the inside coils constantly drip water and was told I needed to consider replacing with an Epoxy coil system which they could get the part but would be $800 in labor. These people are awful. Charge you to service units, and then 2 weeks later come back and find leaks in the systems. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They do not do the job right the first time!
