Zach Sholar conducted a semi-annual inspection of our HVAC system today. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We've been very pleased with past repairs and routine service inspections by Gideon.
Zach was a very knowledgeable young man and spent a great deal of time checking our units and working to find the concern that we had. He spent approximately 1&1/2 hours and found the problem and took pictures so that the correct part can be ordered.
Zach arrived in less than an hour on a smoking hot day to save our bacon at a rental house in Surf City Zach was extremely impressive with his knowledge and professionalism Zach is thorough…. He stayed to make sure that everything was up and running before he left Thank you Zach and thank you Gideon Heating and Air Conditioning
Absolutely a great business to deal with from the office support staff who set up my service appointment to the technician who came to my home. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. My problem was quickly taken care of in a professional manner. I could not be more pleased! Gideon’s gets an A+++ grade from me.
I had a great experience with Gideon. They responded quickly to my service request and had a technician at my door in no time. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly. My issue was diagnosed and fixed efficiently. Highly recommend for fast and reliable service!
