Best customer service ever! I accidently dropped and broke the Grandma mug given to me for Christmas by my 4 year old Granddaughter. She was so proud of picking it out and buying it. I didn’t want to tell her. I contacted the company after hours on a weekend asking if I could order a replacement. I received a response that same day! Kurt made my day! He issued a replacement at no charge! I am thrilled! You don’t find this type customer service in many companies anymore.
My son received an Alien Putty as a gift for Christmas. He loves slime but has sensory issues so it cant be too wet, or too sticky, or too stringy, and this slime was just right. He was always so good with putting it away so it didn't dry out. But then one day he left it out too long and it lost its perfect texture. He was devastated. 10/10 Recommend the Lil’ Shoppers for any elementary school fundraising! We price matched several companies and have used their Holiday shop for several years now. We have always been impressed with the level and quality of service. Special shout out to our rep, Tina H., she is amazing at following up and problem solving and has never let us down after all these years.
We used this company for our holiday shoppe with the pta it was super easy and the kids loved it! Easy fundraiser for the holidays! Will be using them again next year. The gifts are not cheaply made and they send all the supplies you need to get started and will send more if you need it for next day delivery. They even send you shipping labels to send everything back at the end, they also send flyers to send home with students. 10/10 recommend
