I spoke to a very nice and helpful customer support representative tonight. He was very professional and did his best to help me with my concerns. Unfortunately, the multiple outages I've experienced with this company in the last few months are very disruptive and less than helpful. If you're moving into 95 Wall Street in New York, be aware that you'll be forced to use GiGStreem as your internet provider, with no option to choose an alternative. The building imposes a mandatory $70 monthly charge for this service as part of lease renewals--more than double what I previously paid for Verizon Fios ($25/month), a far superior and more reliable provider. GiGstream is, without question, the worst internet service provider I have ever encountered. The connection is outrageously unreliable, with constant disconnections that make even basic online tasks nearly impossible. Whether I'm trying to work remotely, take a proctored exam, or simply play a video game, GiGstream consistently fails to deliver. Terrible ISP, we’ve had multiple outages at our building this year and are currently on day 3 of an outage. I’ve never had this many issues with an ISP before
