Dr. Jen Gilbert is so amazing with my mother, she is patient and kind. She took the time to make sure my mother felt comfortable and answered all her questions thoroughly. Thank you, Dr Gilbert!!
Saw the audiologist back her car into a truck and drive away while bringing my mom to her appointment upstairs. I imagine that’s Probably not somewhere I will take her next.
Had a great experience here. Was running late due to a traffic light being out and the Dr. said to come on in and took great care of me. We need more doctors like this one.
My experience has initially been very positive. Good hearing aids are admittedly expensive, but I knew that going in. Don Gilbert is very knowledgeable about the technology, and he has been very helpful, encouraging me to come in as frequently as I like for any adjustments I might need. Don and all of the staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. I'll submit a follow-up review after I've warn these aids for several months.
My wife took her 90 year old father not knowing what to expect. Jennifer and her husband were down to Earth, honest, and respectful. They had to go back several times for adjustments and they worked with my wife's schedule. He had issues with wearing a mask and removing the hearing aid when he removed the mask and they had several options of how to help with that current situation. It was nice to have honesty and flexibility during a difficult time for everyone.
