Recently, I called to request a Medical Opinion letter from Dr Gilbert. My husband is a Veteran and applied for VA Disability due to his severe hearing loss and tinnitus. Last year Dr Gilbert was hired by the VA to complete hearing tests. When I called, a lady who appeared to be outside answered the phone. She was rude, hateful and mean.
