I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring ****** Custom Homes for a New Home Build. From start to finish, my interaction with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Please think hard before using this company..if they're your last option good luck..they will go missing ********** at a time they treat the job like a side job..they take on alot of projects so they Wont be consistent..it will feel like a bad relationship that is taking forever to be over..I should hv gone with the other guys. The devil is busy. My opinion and my truth..I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Your permit was issued on June 13th- We were over there to start digging on June 17 th to dig your pool. We received the pool steel inspection on **** and poured your shell on 7-22. Snooty-discriminative against me, I guess due to asking for a smaller job estimate. No courtesy response why he rejects giving me an estimate for a culvert.

This Gentleman did the same thing on our business Facebook page and I replied as the owner apologizing for the miscommunication. I personally have never spoken to him. I replied to his Facebook post/review and never received a response. He has never spoken to my office staff either. I am the only one that authorizes jobs and prices them for our company.
