Garret and his company have done an amazing job repairing our tile roof and installing solar fans to pull the heat and humidity out of our attic spaces. They are punctual, honest and Garret personally has followed up multiple times to make sure everything they did has exceeded my expectations. This company gets craftsmanship and customer service. I highly recommend for large and small jobs.

Best roof inspection and advice I ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Garett Kates from GK HOMES AND ROOFING. We had our roof replaced by a different company in October 2023. About a year after that we found exposed nails in there and decided to get independent roof inspection. Garett looked at it, and that was not just look.
