Glacier West has been amazing to deal with. They have been incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly! We recently had an issue with our key code to access our unit, on a Sunday, of course! While the office was not open, the customer service department handled it as quickly as they could and the office followed up with me directly first thing Monday to ensure we had been taken care of. We’re very happy with Glacier West and highly recommend them for your storage needs!
Choosing and reserving a unit, was a breeze, we were able to access the unit on the same day. The locks were already in the unit so we didn’t have to worry about going into an office. All the staff we dealt with were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this storage facility
Very fast set up and very continently located! This place is really clean, has good security, lighting, and is straight to your storage unit without having to turn all over to find your unit! Very nice for the price!
