I've had a storage unit with them since 2019, back when they were known as ProGard Self Storage, and I have to say, the management team both back then and now have been Phenomenal. They have been very friendly and accommodating both when the pandemic was in full swing and in the years since. Their 10-day rent policy has saved my hide a fair number of times, even when I've called to ask them for help when I've been behind, say when having to cover rent for the rising apartment costs these days. 98370 - great office personnel! Very willing to work with you. Look forward to storing my belongings here. I have now been made aware that they will not honor senior discount if they offer you a move in discount. I don’t think that is correct.
Brandi was so cheerful and helpful. She called multiple people to sort out the problems that came up, none of which were her doing. She was one of the best customer service representatives I've ever encountered.
Excellent customer service! I came in, Tyler greeted me, and I was able to look at a unit, make sure everything fit before I rented it and get all the paperwork signed in about 30 minutes. Way easy!
Everything looked very nice and well maintained, the staff seemed very knowledgeable and Tyler was wonderful with all of my questions I had about storage making me feel confident about this place.
