The management here is top notch. They know their job, and they know it well, which makes it a pleasure to do business with. I haven't experienced this level of service from any company since before COVID highly recommended
Quickly set up they had a great unit on the outside, which is what I really wanted. Staff very helpful, friendly and fast. She knew her stuff and was very informative in going over everything. Great pricing as well.
So far with a little patience which we all need considering the management cant be in five places at once. And considering price and availability I was very pleased with the manager’s performance. And I was willing to wait the necessary amount of time to save some money. Thank you glacier west we’ll Be here for a while for sure.
Under new management. Just terrible. They changed the gate code without telling me. I went into the office, and they would not give me the new gate code because I was not the FIRST name on the rental agreement. Being the second name on the agreement was not good enough. I came back a few hours later, with my wife, and the office was locked. We called the number on the door, and got a call center in Kuala Lumpur. Complete and utter failure.
Currently unhappy. I’m active duty, military, and overseas. My rent is being substantially increased along with being charged an additional $26 per month for insurance that I don’t need.
