I've been with glacier Weston Marysville and had to move to Granite Falls now I'm at glacier West Granite Falls. Love the company but it's because of the people Jerry up here is amazing his customer service is fantastic he's professional He's great sense of humor and he's helpful whenever you need it above and beyond what you would expect! Keep up the great work!
Owner Jerry was very pleasant and helpful when I signed up. Sounds like he's on top of things as far as security goes, and seems to care about his clients.
I rent here currently. Property was just purchased by glacier west, improvements are being made to the property at this time. No security gate. No power in your unit so no lights. No heat. No parking. No security cameras. Drive up roll up garage style storage shed. I have a 10x10 and it costs me about $160. They require renters insurance. Used to be 24 hour access now is only 8-9 or something close to that.
I just want to say how professional Laura was today. I am impressed because exceptional customer service is hard to find these days & i went into the office in a crisis & she was so kind & helped me get the storage i needed & with understanding & kindness. I just wanted to say thank you. Shes truly the best. Thank you Laura
