First off, the photo is not of the East Wenatchee facility (which is much nicer). Second, the new owners leave the gates open all day upsetting the sense of security I once had in an area where a lot of homeless lurk about. when I found a gate locked, my code would not unlock it requiring me to wake up the caretaker who snarled at me to use the other gate.
