I had 4 heavy chairs in the back of my truck and almost lost one going down highway 20. I pulled into glacier west self storage and went in to ask for help. I had two days until payday and had no money but when I explained my dilemma about the unsecured load of furniture in my truck, Steven behind the front counter gave me a set of tie down ratchet straps and said they were on the house and he wouldn't feel right watching me leave with the risk of causing damage or injury to myself or anyone else on the road. What a wonderful storage company. They really do aim to please. They were quick and thorough leaving me with no questions necessary. The office is nice and comfortable. Kind of homey. My unit is fantastic with the garage style door. Plenty of lighting and Free use of the big moving carts. I'm glad I went with these guys.
Stephen was very polite and helpful , I appreciated the hospitality . Highly recommend these guys , helped me out very last minute and the storage units were reasonably priced .
