I have had a wonderful experience with this business! They’ve been very accommodating and have communicated well throughout the rental process, answering all of the questions we had and giving us all the information we needed. I highly recommend renting from them! Their prices are reasonable, the location is convenient, and I can’t emphasize enough how excellent the customer service is!!!
I had 4 heavy chairs in the back of my truck and almost lost one going down highway 20. I pulled into glacier west self storage and went in to ask for help. I had two days until payday and had no money but when I explained my dilemma about the unsecured load of furniture in my truck, Steven behind the front counter gave me a set of tie down ratchet straps and said they were on the house and he wouldn't feel right watching me leave with the risk of causing damage or injury to myself or anyone else on the road.
