My partner and I toured the one bedroom apartments yesterday and were extremely impressed! Jessica in the leasing office was incredibly helpful and kind and the area was a lot more comfortable and quiet than I was expecting. The apartments look fantastic and spacious. Very excited to explore the idea of living here!Â
I had previously given this complex four stars because I am happy with the staff and apartment… HOWEVER they recently jacked our rent up $700 and told us we had a week and a half to let them know our decision. Even though according to the lease (and law) we have to give 60 days notice. We were already paying over $1,700 for our apartment so $2,400 for a 20+ year old apartment with basic amenities is INSANE. Bobby is a really prompt guy. He usually tackles all my calls and maintenance issues. The front desk is very courteous and friendly. Sometimes I wished some residents would be a little more respectful at nightÂ
The staff are very nice! The maintenance people are on time and very attentive to my needs or problems. Very kind and nice.right now I have a dead bird outside at the air conditioning unit starting to smell and decayÂ
We love the place, all staff are awesome, never have a long wait if a issue arises. Can't wait for the pool to open.Â
