Went to immediate care for a deep cough that was getting worse over the past week. Nurse did initial work up, then NP Ensweiler did her very minimal exam, no questions asked about problem, left room and prescribed a respiratory treatment, no explanation about treatment plan or diagnosis. She returned after treatment, listened to left lateral thorax and was leaving. Asked her about a diagnosis and what to expect for treatment. Was very busy when I went in. NP was no nonsense (which I appreciate). She asked me questions, and answered mine. She was nice, even though I knew she was super stressed being the only one on staff with people walking in every 5 minutes into the office. Bravo for being efficient at your job, even though I know most won't see it as such. As for the other staff in the office. Very kind
Long waiting time. Thorough exam but did not explain what exactly the result of the exam and instructions what to do . If the problem continued what was the next step
