Such kind and welcoming staff. Dr Sames walked me through my dogs surgery in detail and put me at ease with his calm manner. Follow up after the operation was first class and I can't recommend them highly enough.
First time puppy parents so everything is new to us. All staff at GVH were wonderful and patient, made us feel very relaxed and gave us lots of really useful information.
OUR DOG DIED - Look elsewhere for a VET I am extremely disappointed with this vet clinic and the complete lack of care they showed when our dog needed help the most. We’ve been loyal customers for over 15 years, through previous ownership, and always had a positive experience. However, that has changed under the current management. We brought our dog in for a consultation on Wednesday at 11am, and by Thursday, our dog was vomiting and clearly in distress. Was very happy.Amir the vet was very thorough and spent t ime explaining what needed to be done and why. He followed up the next day giving me the results of the blood tests and explained how the results would effect ongoing treatment.
Highly recommend all the staff at Glenhaven Veterinary Hospital . I live in the Blue Mountains but still travel to Glenhaven for our puppies care. Thank you for your outstanding care and compassion
