RESPONSE to OUR DOG DIED!!!!! I appreciate you taking the time to respond, but your reply does not address the issues I raised. When I called initially, I was told that the clinic was busy but there was a possibility of moving appointments around to accommodate us, yet when I spoke to the office manager, I was told that the vet wasn’t in every day and had a full schedule.
