Excellent non chain place to stay. Very reasonably priced, very clean and nicely appointed. Only negative is noon room coffee.
I know that the hotel on google was only rated a 2.2 star motel but this is the nicest motel I’ve EVER stayed at. It was reasonably priced, it’s super clean, the location is super convenient to down town and the hwy. 10/10 recommend

Overall - great location, easy to walk to Hot Springs or downtown. Clean, quiet, parking was fine.

The rooms were clean and comfortable
This is probably one of the cleanest rooms I think I’ve ever slept in. It doesn’t have all the fancy frills, but it’s very conveniently located, right next to the Hot Springs and in the historic section of town. We did miss having a coffee maker, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. It was a great price, very comfortable beds. Just a quick walk over the bridge and you’re right in the downtown, very quiet property. Not a huge parking lot, but seem to be very safe. We would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean, no issues at all. Would stay again. A good thing to note is that there is no elevator, so if you are on the 2nd floor be prepared for that. It wasnt an issue for us, but we were on a 2 week vacation so we had big heavy bags!
