Friendly staff . Free and ample parking. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great continental breakfast.
We liked the location, the rooms, and the breakfast.
I would say the place was very adequately located to everything we wanted in Glenwood Springs, e.g., hot springs, hiking and food. Provided a continental breakfast too. Clean. The room was large enough even though we've been better served with one king bed instead of two queen. I enjoyed the place.
This hotel was very close to the interstate, but you'd never know it because it was quiet and scenic. Many shopping and dining options within walking distance.

The room was very clean but the mattress on the bed was SO hard that neither one of us slept well at all.
Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is not a cookie cutter type room and I liked that. The chairs for sitting outside were appreciated! Tbe people at the desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is truly a continental one with no hot food but breadsand yogurts were plentiful.
The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, fair price.
