Our room was like brand new, it must have just been remodeled. The location was very convenient, walking distance or short drive to everything. Breakfast/Lunch restaurant right next door.

The location is perfect, but most of the hotels are a great location since the city is pretty small. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was nice. The only things to note is that the hotel didn't have a pool, which I didn't look into while booking and they had only put a total of 2 big towels in the room. The room was nice and clean.

Very nice views. Easy access to anything we wanted to walk to. Basic accommodations.
Basalt is a cute little classy MTN town. MTN Inn is an older bldg with modern upgrades very tastefully done. In the center of all restaurants and shops, take a walk down to the river that has a trail with chairs and benches...nice ones! If u want a clean/inexpensive room this is it! Only 15-20 min drive to Aspen!
