Great place to stay Great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast. I have stayed at this location several tines abd I alway choose to stay here when traveling in the area.

Friendly place and convenient Convenient location to the Hot Springs and the Amtrak station as well as the "old" down town. In cold weather, however, the room seemed to have 'cold spots'. There was no reading light on one side of the bed ; only one night stand. No in-room coffee, but coffee nearby at Continental breakfast.

Apparently privately owned with limited staff so no checkin before 3. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants is good. Older facility but updating ok
