Close to pools Pros: 2-3 blocks from pools. Nice restaurant for breakfast nearby. Clean room and friendly staff. Cons: Room was small, just donuts n coffee for breakfast. An ok room, clean but small. A little old. Not much food for breakfast but had coffee. Staff was nice.

Good location, not what expected The room was clean. However the pictures online are not accurate to what you'll be getting. Definitely motel style. The continental breakfast included some muffins and cereal. I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Cute, clean, comfortable. Really nice employees/owners. Comfortable bed - very clean. Good housekeeping. TV channels were a little hit or miss but we weren't expecting to stay in and watch TV all day. Wifi also about the same (but hey, it's free). There's a gorgeous view of the mountains. Bus stop is across the street or just down the sidewalk. Breakfast is basic but it definitely worked for me. No coffee pot in the room but they usually have some in the office. Okay on a budget Pros: Quiet Comfortable Economical Cons: I think the carpet in 126 would benefit from replacement. Location: This is exactly between the Hot Springs and the Glenwood Caverns Adventure park. Location is perfect. This was perfectly acceptable for our needs. We were looking for an economical place to sleep and not much else. The hotel is very basic. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, fridge, air con, pool, good beds and linen. Very competitively priced and about 1.5 miles to the Main Street. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if travelling through Grand Junction.

Perfect for the money This town is real expensive. So for me this hotel was a find. Simple, close to the action, and clean. All I did was sleep in it so it was perfect.

Cute and Comfy, Nothing fancy. I stayed in this hotel/motel for a weekend getaway with my best friends. It's a cute little place, nothing fancy, but cute and comfortable. We did have a couple issues. When we checked in and got to our room, it had not yet been cleaned. They were prompt in fixing the situation, however, and they cleaned while we went to grab some lunch. It's in a great location, within easy walking distance from the hot springs, downtown Glenwood, and the Adventure Park. Overall, I would stay here again.

Good for an overnight Within walking distance of Hot Springs in downtown restaurants which was nice. However we traveled with our little dog and the walking opportunities were a little sparse.
