Reasonable and convenient. This is a basic hotel, with a good, family-owned feel to it. Nothing luxurious, but very comfortable for our two night stay. It was quiet, with several restaurants within an easy walk. The nearby Iron Mountain Spa (2 minute drive) was a fabulous hot springs experience, and a nice change from the bigger and noisier pool that made Glenwood famous. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely come back for the very relaxed atmosphere and convenience of this hotel.

Cozy stay Cozy size for 2 people. Clean hotel. Great location. Only gripe is the slightly overpowering smell from the cleaning products used.

The ppl were friendly and helpful, when asking about dinner spots. If you're not trying to spend a ton of time in your room, it's fine. I felt it was a good value.

Good price but room smell to overpowering It was fine for the price. Having leopard blankets were really weird. The bad part was the overwhelming smell of the room. The cleaners used were super sweet and, as cold as it was, we had to open windows to try to even out the smell. It didn't help. We were there for only a night. If longer, we would have changed hotels, all because of the smell.

Close to the hot springs pools. Pros: Location Nice place to stay in Glenwood Springs. I walked to the hot spring pool and restaurant for dinner. The continental breakfast was good and also had freshly made waffles, nice new dining room as well.

Outside does not match the inside The outside of the hotel does not represent the room. The outside looks old, the rooms are renovated, comfortable, and spacious. They said breakfast included coffee and did not mention any other food, we did not check it out and went somewhere else to eat. If you want a great delivered pizza, call Uncle's pizza advertised in the room, pizza was reasonably priced and delicious.
