Decent hotel for the money We stayed for one night in June 2014. The amenities are a little bit outdated. However, everything was clean. For the price you pay it is an okay hotel.

Like dating MaryAnne from Gilligans island Pros: Location and price Cons: Clean but a little dated, however still comfortable Unpretentious and comfortable more than luxurious. An inexpensive place to stay near the Glenwood Springs Pool. It was a good nights sleep and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Nice, cheap hotel Stayed one night, was quiet and cozy. Breakfast was lacking, but for the price it was a good stay.

Great alternative option to more expensive places I was in town for a conference at the much more expensive Hotel Colorado down the street. This place was a five minute walk, and was of much higher quality than I initially expected going in. Reasonable rates and clean, large rooms that actually had more amenities than the historic hotel (fridge and microwave in room, breakfast options, etc). I would definitely stay here again.
A great bargain for a family or those on a budget. This motel was recently remodeled and still has a few units to go. But it is comfortable, very clean, very nice staff, great location, and the remodel job is well done. As a family of 7, we needed 2 rooms. My only complaint is the website advertised a complementary hot breakfast. With 5 kids, that was a selling point. Unfortunately, no hot breakfast was in sight. They only offered coffee and danishes.
