Very clean Pros: Cleanliness and price. Cons: They are in the process of upgrading an older motel, but the room we stayed in was great. Location: Very good location. Two words--very clean. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is an older motel that is being upgraded by the present owners. They are doing a great job. If you want a room that is clean, this is it. It is not the Ritz, but for the price is better than many more expensive hotels.
Easy peasy We usually camp and don't stay in motels because we have our dogs, but we decided to stay here one night and have a night on the town. Such a good price considering we had the two dogs and it's everything you need if you're not planning on sitting around in a motel room all day. **Note** When booking it does NOT ask whether you are travelling with pets, but when you check in you are required to pay $30 per pet!!
Very satisfied with entire experience at Red River Pros: Setting and friendly staff Location: Area is beautiful Rooms wonderfully redecorated. Manager Mike was like meeting an old friend. Hot tub was great!
Good budget hotel This hotel is simple yet clean and convenient. Good choice for a budget hotel.
Worked for a one night stay. Cons: Could use new bedspreads. Coffee in the room. Location: Village Inn right down the street. Could have walked to the hot springs swimming pool easily. Check in was easy, hotel staff respectful and helpful. Room was small but clean. Continental breakfast was good enough. My only complaint was that there was not coffee, even instant, in the room, so I had to get dressed before I could go to the office to get a cup of coffee. Glenwood getaway This was my 2nd stay here in the last 3 weeks. The hotel is within walking distance to the hot springs pool. The hotel needs some updating, but is very clean and for the price is a good place to stay.
Good Value Good location. Friendly staff. Always working to keep property looking good. My only real suggestions would be to add some more items to the breakfast. I will stay there again.
Great value and location Pros: The location is ideal. You can park your car and walk to just about every attraction within Glenwood Springs. Cons: As other reviewers mentioned, the rooms are a little dated. This by no means should dissuade anyone from staying here, it is still a great option!! Location: Wonderful!
