Nice well maintained family owned motel For a family owned smaller motel it was good. Had a chairs to be able to sit on the porch and view the scenery. Overall it was a good stay for the money. I would recommend it to someone else for a stay. If you want a pool, hot tub, or large eating room, you are out of luck, but then again for the low price what would you expect...Would stay there again!!

overnight stay arrived at 10pm room was ready and clean, quiet off the main road close to I70
good location to Glenwood sites and highway Our room was comfortable and clean. We found it very convenient for a base for our going on several trips in the surrounding area. They had good information about the local restaurants and activities. Staff were pleasant and responsive to requests.
the only real drawback was you had to ask the owner for ice. No ice machine in oublic area.
Clean and Affordable The room was very clean. The location was great. The room even offers a mini-fridge and microwave. The mattresses are very, very cheap so if you have back issues you probably won't want to stay here. Even my teenage sons who can sleep on anything complained. Don't even consider the breakfast offered. It's self serve in the corner of the small office providing coffee, muffins, bagels, and OJ. It's a step up from a coffee maker in the room. Kind of dated but great for the price Super clean, bed was comfy, staff was great. Water pressure a tad low but for the price who cares. Kind of dated but great for the price. 5 min walk to hot springs and bridge into downtown.
