Much different than pictures! The room was extremely small. It was super cold and couldn't keep it warm all night. The owner was out prowling around first thing in the morning. I appreciate that she like to keep the grounds clean, but $123?!?! Not worth it!
Couples getaway Breakfast was a joke and the bed was super uncomfortable. The price was what caught my attention and you truly get what you pay for.
Pet rooms not so nice. Our TV connection was poor. The pet rooms were not as nice as pictures.
Ground Floor Room would be great I was disappointed in not getting a ground floor room. There were no elevators to the second floor and the stairs were difficult. Other than that everything was fine. If I stay at this hotel again I will be sure to request a ground floor room.
Not worth the money Breakfast was terrible, a few bagels and wrapped pastries, that was it. We walked to Village Inn for a decent breakfast. Rooms are old looking, curtains are like from the 60's. Rooms need renovation for sure. Next time I will spend a little more and go somewhere else.
Very outdated, bathroom not clean, hairs on sink, flies ( small bugs) in room.
Mistakes are not forgiven We wanted to say on the 30th instead of the 29th. It was a simple mistake. We called the staff they said it was impossible to change even though they weren't close to sold out and it was in the middle of the week. The staff doesn't care for u at all!
Spend more on a better newer place. We stayed three nights. This hotel is only good for one night passing through. No swiming pool and no hot tube. Rooms are needing remodeling very badly and very outdated. Again, it is good for an overnight stay and go the next day. Beds are not that great either.

We strive to have the cleanest rooms and we welcome and feedback everyone gives, please next time be more specific of how we are outdated as we have new bed frames, mattresses, furniture, all rooms are being repainted, We are also not a resort property but are located across the street to the Hot Springs shuttle, walking distance to downtown and a few blocks to adventure park.
