No instructions on early checkout in room . Shower was not grouted down so it was a like surfing. sink didnt drain. Lady at the front desk was wonderful. Won't probably stay here next time.
The bar of soap that was in the bathroom was cracked on the top and white on the bottom in an old box that was wet on the bottom and it was Irish Spring the carpet tack was exposed from the carpets and I stepped on it and there was an open dumpster right in front of my door and the TV barely worked it has lines through the picture
Close to the hot springs Was concerned about the people leaving there looked like a half way house for parolees ... Had a smoking area right outside our room with run down couch was kept up all night with people talking couldn't use outside air because smoke came in room.. Didn't feel safe going outside with everyone hanging outside their rooms ( looked rough ) the hotel attached to office didn't look bad we were on east side .. Not bad, not great. I probably wouldn't stay again Pros: The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Cons: Customer service and not having ants Location: Glenwood Springs in general has lots of outdoors stuff to do I liked this Inn when looking at reviews because it's dog friendly and got good reviews for a short 1 over night stay. However, the staff does not seem to be fond of animals! The lady at the front desk was rude when she saw I had a dog. He was well behaved and just in the room with us as we were checkin... read more

Not impressed Not at all impressed. I booked it based on reviews on hotels.com....one comparing it to a five-star hotel. It was the worst of all hotels booked this year....one small bar of soap, thin towels, two thin face cloths, no wastebasket in washroom, a small living fly when I pulled back the " fleese "bed covering..... The room was under renovation?? The bathroom was done but there was about a 6 inch gap between its new floor and the old carpet in the main area...a tripping hazard for sure. Not worth the price Hotel was very dated. Room smelled bad -- mildew and overpowering cleanser smell. Was definitely not worth the price. Wish I hadn't relied on the Hotels.com reviews and stayed at a chain hotel instead.
yikes Pros: cheap price Cons: the linens, the carpets, the food the room smelled horrible, the parking lot was very icy, and the breakfast lacked all the basics. What hotel serves waffles with no syrup?!? It was a third-world hotel.
