Didn’t look like in the picture, the place looks old, and 30 min before the time you had to live the room they nocking the door to tell you that you have to get out on time
Property is outdated not like the pictures that was shown.
Crumbs, food, penny on floor - old accomodtions, uncomfortable chairs - certainly NOT 4 1/2 stars!
Didn’t feel safe… Door llock to the room was broke. We didn’t stay,… left and stayed at another hotel
I'm on a 1900 miles road trip and this was my first stop after having driven 600 miles and desperately needed a good night's sleep. At 1:30am, we were awoken by the people in the room next door to us. The wife had locked her drunken husband out of the room (and all he had on was underwear). They screamed and screamed at each other. I called the front desk and no one answered. Two HOURS later the police showed up and that ended the fiasco. It took me another hour to get back to sleep. They gave us a room on the first floor, which we asked for it, you open the door and find the stairs, and on the right and left of our door large boxes has Amana HVAC unit, we felt we are in warehouse not a hotel
My family and I experienced paranormal activity. There is definitely something in there. Couldnt sleep all night. Noises are heard throughout the room. The bed was shocked, the door knob was moving by itself. We can feel a weird vibe.
Coffee anyone? Having stayed at hundreds of hotels, I no longer asks if the hotel has in room coffee—because ever has it. Not this hotel. The reception person made me feel like an idiot for even asking, pillows and bed are uncomfortable. It’s really a motel 6 type hotel. Breakfast was meager. I’m general not a very good experience in an incredibly beautiful part of the United States.
Terrible Cancelation Policy Can't say anything about the actual place and stay. We were on our way there when we got news about an urgent family emergency and had to turn around and cancel our trip. We immediately called the hotel to let them know and asked if we could reschedule, they said that they couldn't and would charge us the full amount.
