For the price of townhomes not bad, but the garage areas are keep with a lot of trash,furniture, etc. Dogs are tied up in front of townhomes and dog poo is all in front yards. I thought moving away from the inner city would get me away from all of this. Really what I see is inner city city of Canton on 44th St. Oh trash can left on the street all week long.
Excellent experience. The management was very helpful. I highly recommend them!
I’m actually a resident here. The people in the office are very nice. The apartments are OK but the apartment flooded three times and they’ve done nothing about it. I have flood damage and there’s nothing they can do about it. If they make mistakes like getting our utilities, turned off and letting another resident put them in their name while we are living there, they will make you jump through hoops to get the utilities put back on and then they will charge you late fees because they say you’re out of contract compliance
