RUN AWAY ! Disgusting owners and management! Violence with neighbors, drugs , FBI.at least once a month. Dirty ! Mistreats good tenants, forced me into a year lease with a 60 day renewal clause . I just wanted a month to month for serious reasons and i gave a 30 day notice for month to month and i was denied and lied too about repairs . . Loud dogs ( place wasn’t pet friendly untill AIY . For the price of townhomes not bad, but the garage areas are keep with a lot of trash,furniture, etc. Dogs are tied up in front of townhomes and dog poo is all in front yards. I thought moving away from the inner city would get me away from all of this. Really what I see is inner city city of Canton on 44th St. Oh trash can left on the street all week long.
My dad died here on feb 24th 2025 RIP Second to last apartments on the right apartment c :(
