There’s always been something a little bit nostalgic about your local, neighborhood car wash. Because it really did feel like it was yours. You’d pull up to a car wash attendant you recognized. And eventually, that recognition turned into a relationship. A handshake understanding that you’d truly be taken care of. But then one day, those friendly faces all seemed to fade away, replaced by digital “voices” that rushed you through an assembly line. A churn-and-burn model where your machine whizzed past other machines.

Went to this car wash today because I have always been satisfied with their service. Paid as usual and gentlemen let me pass through gate but then while waiting he let about 3 cars that were behind me at another gate pass through I got upset and asked to speak with manager he ignored me and I put my car on break and walked to find manager myself when I complained about the employee he said that was his best employee, I said “if your best employee is providing awful unfair customer service I don’t know what to say about your ... read more
The happy guy at the booth was awesome! Even waved after I got my car washed. Pretty cool haha. They have 5 vacuums, smaller place. But good wash.
So let me start off by saying that the staff is super nice. Now that that’s out of the way, I paid $22 for their top car wash, and my car came out looking like this. I didn’t notice until I was about a block down the street because I didn’t get out to dry my car. But for $22 I expect way more. I ended up washing it by hand in my front yard when I got home. I reached out to them on Facebook with the same pictures and did not receive a response.. so purchasing a membership is a hard pass for me.
The workers were pretty nice and easy to talk to, my car was also very nice and clean once it was over!! The inside of my car also was a little dirty but you guys had vacuums so i used them, this surprised me ... they were free!!! I loved that since it was my first time and usually when i go to car washes you have to use quarters. They were also pretty easy to use! I will definitely come back and recommend!! 👍🙌
I went to this car wash and got a really good wash from a man named Jack. He got my car squeaky clean I would recommend him to make your car squeaky clean as well. His customer service was just so good and I will be going back because of how great of an experience I had👍.
